I'm currently listening to Part 1 and following the teacher's explanations step by step. You won't learn everything about NLP by listening to this lecture once. However, I think you can get started with NLP through this lecture. And since the teacher answers questions quickly, you can quickly catch up on things you don't know. However, I think it would be a better lecture if you explained it in a little more detail.
