I was able to learn it even though I don't know C language because they said they would do it at Arduino school. I don't have much coding experience, but I've seen languages like Python or Java at least once. I know how to print Hello World. I've studied functions, and if you know what parameters are, you can do it. It's good because you can do it without a kit, and it's not a burden on the price.
