I started this course to study server development because I wanted to connect a server to my Unity portfolio. Depending on the Visual Studio .NET version, using the instructor's code exactly as-is can cause errors (especially with Span and certain BitConverter syntax in the packet serialization part), but you can fix these to match your version by working through them with AI. I've decided that from my next review of the material, I should set up my environment to match the instructor's exactly... The restaurant analogy starting from the Session part was a bit disappointing as it didn't feel very intuitive, but I will try to understand it through multiple reviews! This is the first time I've ever completed an online course after purchasing it, so I feel very proud haha.
