This is a really great lecture. I've been in management for almost 10 years, and now I'm in my mid-40s and I'm back to development. I've tried Spring several times through other lectures (most of which were blog-centered lectures) before, but I've learned a lot of concepts through this lecture. Thank you for the great lecture.
