I'm a current iOS professional, but I felt my fundamentals were lacking, so I decided to take this course. As a result, it was tremendously helpful, and I actually regret not starting it sooner. If you aspire to be an iOS developer, you can choose this course without hesitation and you absolutely won't regret it. When I first started studying iOS development, I had no idea how far I needed to study, what topics were important, or what order to approach them in. However, Alan's course provided learning direction and realistic advice about the job market, designed to help you grow systematically from basics to practical application. The course starts by outlining a learning roadmap and strategies for employment, and at the end, it provides additional growth directions, resume reviews, and connections to courses needed for job preparation, ensuring you can continue growing on your own even after the course ends. In the past, when problems arose, I would often Google search and copy-paste solutions, moving on without deeply understanding the content. But after learning "how to fish" through Alan's course, I developed the ability to understand and solve problems myself, making it much easier to modify or extend existing code and obtain desired information through official documentation. The course content is explained in a way that's easy enough for non-majors to understand while still being thorough and in-depth. Through diagrams and examples, I could intuitively understand even complex concepts, and through tests and Zoom classes, I could review concepts again and remember them clearly. The explanation of memory structure in particular was the easiest to understand among all the courses I've taken, and I could feel that my code comprehension and utilization in actual work improved accordingly. What I liked most was that he always answers questions sincerely and wholeheartedly. It felt like having a 1:1 tutor or a reliable senior colleague. Not only does he answer any Swift-related questions, but he also seriously listens to concerns about resumes, portfolios, and career matters, providing direction. This was a great comfort and source of strength for someone who had been worrying alone. I strongly recommend this to anyone, whether non-majors or current iOS professionals, who wants to solidify their fundamentals and grow rapidly in the right direction!
