While it might be partly my fault for not properly understanding the lecture curriculum, I would appreciate it if the introductory nature of this course were more prominently emphasized. As someone with 3-5 years of professional experience, I came across this lecture while exploring opportunities to learn from other planners, and while there were about 2-3 helpful sessions, I was disappointed that the content was mostly focused on very basic aspects. Particularly when I saw the description mentioning Figma and AI, I expected something beyond just drawing shapes, and I felt it would have been nice to have at least some brief information about useful plugins, which was somewhat disappointing. Also, while I understood that the planning would proceed based on AI utilization, I couldn't shake the impression that the lecture felt loose overall, with what seemed like excessive unnecessary time spent on AI search processes during the course. Although I'm sure you had predetermined which services to introduce before the lecture, from a student's perspective, it was difficult to avoid the impression that the lecture content was merely reading AI search results aloud. In conclusion, I think this would be an appropriate lecture for someone completely unfamiliar with service planning work as an introduction, but I would recommend that those with more than one year of professional experience seek out more advanced courses.
