I started taking the course on April 22nd and finished it all today, so I guess I spent about a month and a half with Kooke-nim. Kafka was a technology I didn't pay much attention to after briefly encountering it during my undergraduate years, but through this course, I was able to actually apply it to Spring and learned about indexes, various locks, and how to handle large-scale traffic, which was truly beneficial. I felt that if Kooke-nim's other courses are released in the future, I would definitely want to take them. Of course, from the perspective of someone preparing for a job, Kafka might feel like a rather advanced technology, and that point was a bit of a burden, but after learning it, it was definitely content that was a big help. If I were to pick one thing that was a bit disappointing, in the test code part, rather than delicately writing for each layer, there were many methods that checked the entire functionality with @SpringBootTest, which made the test flow a bit confusing at times. However, considering that it was a course focused on feature implementation, it was fully understandable, and overall, it was a very satisfying time. It's almost disappointing because it feels like I only got a taste of a part of Kooke-nim's extensive development knowledge, and I will be eagerly waiting for the courses to be released in the future. Thank you so much for the great course! ๐โโ๏ธ
๊ฐ์คํธ์์์๋ ธ์๋, thank you for the great review! I'm so happy that you studied consistently and diligently for a long time despite the difficult content! Kafka is a widely used technology in the industry and solves many problems, so I believe an opportunity to utilize it will surely come in the near future! As you mentioned, some tests were simply for confirming functionality, which may have caused confusion. I will consider the testing methods further! I will prepare the next lecture well too. Thank you for taking the lecture diligently, and you worked hard!!
