This is a review of the lectures and study sessions from a student who participated in the Inflearn Warming-up Club 3rd Cohort. 1. Lecture This lecture clearly explained what a PM is and what aspects a PM should focus on. Everything covered in the lecture was clear. It felt like an introduction to psychology or the principles of business administration, but ultimately, it convincingly argued based on various grounds that a PM is someone who needs to handle the tasks that someone must consider for the continuation and growth of a business. It also allowed me, as a working professional, to gain metacognition. In the first week's session, 'What a PM Does,' I was awakened, both verbally and in writing, to how easy the tasks I perform at work are. I was hit with the hard truth. Any planner or PM who feels ambiguity in their role at work should definitely take this course. The reason is that it helps people with the job title of 'planner' to grasp the direction they should ultimately move towards. We cannot realistically change our current roles or abandon our tasks. However, we come to know the direction in which we need to grow steadily and what is necessary. 2. Study Session I believe that the Inflearn Warming-up Club study schedule is well-organized, considering all students. If you are someone who can focus solely on the lectures without juggling other commitments, you can grow significantly in a short period by studying in-depth for about 4 hours a day according to the curriculum. For working professionals, the schedule is not overwhelming. However, there is a lot to think about regarding the concepts presented in the lectures, so you need to pause and reflect from time to time. Considering this, absorbing the theory alone can take 1-2 hours, so just listening to the lectures will take up your sleep time. I usually go to bed between 11 PM and 12 AM, but during the study period, I went to bed between 1 AM and 2 AM, and the time I invested in hobbies also gradually decreased. This is a human phenomenon. Due to the nature of working professionals being exhausted on weekdays, it is difficult to find the time to deeply contemplate things despite wanting to. Realistically, it was difficult to find an extra 1-2 hours of self-study, so I am making a lengthy excuse for not properly understanding the content. Therefore, I originally planned to take a data analysis course in April, but I have changed my plan to deepen the learning of the theories learned in this PM/PO course. I will write down and elaborate on cases where the theories learned over the past month can be applied to practical work. Actually, I have a lot of feedback to give to Inflearn regarding the study sessions, but it's hard to write more in this format. I would be willing to participate in an 'in-depth interview,' which was a key method taught in the lecture for understanding customers, if the opportunity arises. 3. Conclusion During the study period, I was curious about how others were studying, and the coach arranged an opportunity to meet the study group members. This is my first time participating in an external meeting related to my job, so I am excited and looking forward to it. Under the name of products, we will share knowledge on a vast range (general knowledge related to sales/marketing/development/operations) and receive a lot of inspiration from each other. It will be a truly meaningful conclusion. I would recommend this lecture to anyone who has the will to overcome weekday fatigue for a month.
