I am an IT service planner. I diligently used my spare time over two weeks to quickly complete the course. For reference, I am an IT non-major and a planner, not a developer, so I had difficulties communicating/persuading developers in the field. But through this course, I think I can collaborate with more confidence. I am very proud that I have created a service, and I plan to decorate it more beautifully in the future and develop it into my own side project.
