I was looking forward to the first Shader Graph lecture, but it was quite disappointing. 1. It felt like the lecture was prepared on the spot, rather than being prepared in advance. - The voice was shaky (it felt like he was nervous and rushed). - There were meaningless nodes (e.g. uv). - There were cases where nodes were added and then removed. (I understand that nodes are modified to achieve a certain purpose, but there were cases where nodes were added for a long time without any explanation of their purpose and then deleted). 2. Lack of explanation - There was a lack of explanation about why the nodes or combinations of nodes produced such results. 3. Inaccurate terminology - Instead of saying that it is the Y value of a vector, he just explained it as a value. - Instead of explaining normals directly, he talked about them in a long and vague way. - He just said that the formula was difficult. You can get the same results by watching this lecture and following along. However, since there is no explanation about why the results are like that, it will be difficult to apply them.
