I realized that the role of a product manager is not to 'launch a product' but to 'create performance through customer value and business value'. At my current company, I only worked in the [Planning -> Development -> New Project Planning (Repeat)] fashion, so it was difficult to hear customer feedback. It felt like a 3-minute plan, like a 3-minute curry. In the midst of that, I was thinking about how to collect/measure/utilize quantitative customer feedback, and I happened to listen to Minwoo's lecture. I was really impressed by the fact that you can structure indicator setting and problem discovery through a framework. It may be difficult to apply it to my current company right away, but it was a great help in setting a benchmark for the company I will transfer to and setting the direction of my work. Thank you for sharing your valuable knowledge and lectures for PMs!
