I read the 2nd edition of Refactoring and took the course. Unlike the book, it was easier to apply in practice because the explanation was based on smells. Also, I felt that the course was more suitable for practical work because it explained effective and efficient refactoring methods using IDEs that were not covered in the book. I took the course because my company was preparing for a large-scale refactoring, and I really benefited from it! Thank you!
