Of all the lectures I've taken, this one seems to have the best delivery and tone of voice!! Even for beginners, it's easy to understand why Supabase is needed, the environment settings required to take the lecture, and the minimum basics, so I think it'll save a lot of time. I think this is a lecture where you can acquire the content needed for actual projects much faster than studying by looking at the Supabase Docs directly.
