"The Chuseok holiday period was always a happy time when I was a junior, as holidays were when I could catch up on all the studying I had fallen behind on.

When weekends are included, you can have almost 8-10 days without going to work to study, so I was able to use this time to tackle most of the personal projects on my Todo list, things I needed to organize on my blog, and catch up on all the books I'd fallen behind on.

Before COVID, when studying during these long holidays got boring,
I used to gather with friends at study cafes, spend all day studying whatever topics we each wanted to learn, and chat together, making the holiday period less lonely and healthier.

Just like how eating a healthy diet and exercising regularly improves your health and stamina,
spending long holidays productively strengthened my mental health accordingly.
