This is a live session where you experience, in one hour, the process of using AI to create an English contract draft based on terms negotiated with a buyer.

Using the export transaction agreement prepared by the instructor, all participants will draft an English contract directly in their own AI,

Translate it into Korean and review it,

Supplement the clauses as desired.

When the live session ends, you will have one draft of an English Sales Agreement that you created yourself.

02 From Negotiation to Agreement (5 minutes)
We introduce the 10 transaction terms agreed upon through an AI-simulated negotiation between a Korean cosmetics manufacturer and an Indonesian buyer.

• Why the Agreement Forms the Foundation of the Contract

03 [Practice] Create an English Contract with Your AI (35 min)
※ A sample agreement of hypothetical transaction terms and prompt samples will be provided via a link during the live session.

① Drafting an English contract

• Draft a Sales Agreement using the sample prompt

• Share the AI used, the time spent, and the length (number of pages) in the comments.

② Verify through Korean translation and share your experience

• Translate the draft into Korean to check whether the agreed-upon terms have been properly included.

• Check whether the AI arbitrarily included any conditions that were not agreed upon.

• Discuss your impressions from trying it yourself and the usefulness of AI in the comments.

③ Edit it as you wish

• How to ask AI to add missing or insufficient clauses

• How to ask AI to revise wording that is unfavorable to our company
