sublime text html랑 vue 차이점?
sublime text .html를 .vue에 넣으면?
ex) template 부분에 html 부분 넣고
script 부분에 js 넣고
style 부분에 css 넣으면 실행이 안되던데 왜 그런지 알고 싶어요.

질문하신 내용이 vue 파일과 html 파일이 어떻게 다르냐 이신가요? vue 파일은 웹팩을 거쳐 브라우저에서 표시 가능한 형태로 한번 변환이 되는 파일입니다. 그래서 template, script, style 태그 구조를 지켜주셔야 해요 :)
