아래 답변과 마찬가지로 처음 환경 설정은
사용자의 윈도우 및 맥 운영체제의 종류 사용하시는 계정의 권한, 내부망 외부망 등에 따라서 차이가 있으니
정확한 답변을 드리기가 힘듭니다.
다만, 윈도우라고 가정하면 아톰 및 파이썬 완전 삭제 후 '관리자 권한' 으로 재설치를 추천드립니다.
또한, 계정명에 한글이 있을 경우 십중팔구 패키지 설치시 에러가 발생하니 참고 부탁드립니다.
