NodeJS의 버전이 올라가면서 body-parser는 사용되지 않고 Express로 대체되었다고 하네요.

안녕하세요 !!!

app.use(express.json());
app.use(express.urlencoded({
  extended: true
}));

// For Express version less than 4.16.0
// ------------------------------------
const bodyParser = require('body-parser');

app.use(bodyParser.json());
app.use(bodyParser.urlencoded({
  extended: true
}));

빨간색으로 바꿔주시면 됩니다 ~!!!
