This is a great lecture that can lower the barrier to entry for open-source contributions. Personally, I think open-source activities are necessary to strengthen the capabilities of domestic developers, but in reality, people are too busy with their own work, and there seems to be a perception that contributing to open source is something only idle people do. I hope many domestic developers watch this lecture and that their perceptions improve a lot.
