장고버전2.2가 문제가 되는거 같아서 저는 가상환경에서 django uninstall 하고 다시 2.1.8로 install 했더니 문제없이 잘 작동합니다.

cp949 오류

저도 똑같은 에러가 발생합니다. 강의 내용을 따라 그대로 작성했는데 강의와는 다른 에러가 뜨네요.
