thymeleaf가 URI is not registered가 뜹니다
저는 바보 같은 이유였지만 혹시 같은 실수하시는 분들을 위해 답변 달아봅니다. src >> main >> resources 경로에서 templates 폴더가 아닌 static 폴더에 hello-template.html 을 만들었을 때 발생했습니다. src >> main >> resources >> templates 경로에 hello-template.html 생성 후 재실행하면 정상적으로 동작합니다.
