서버 재시작 문제.

<p>GPU All regions 는 1개 할당 받았습니다.</p>
<p>귀찮아서 기존 p100에서 CPU 만 4->1개로 수정했는데 안되서</p>
<p>그냥 p100 완전히 삭제하고 다시 만들려고 했는데 CPU 1개로 만드는것도 경고 뜹니다.</p>
<p>혹시 잘못했나 해서 다시 해봤는데 똑같습니다.</p>
