Jira & Confluence: Key Essentials

It's the best introduction to Jira! I felt like I could apply it to my work just by taking this course. The flow that naturally connects basic concepts to practical usage was impressive, and by the end of the course, I felt confident in using the collaboration tool. It was much easier to understand because it didn't just list the features, but also explained 'why to use them this way.'

I thought Jira was only used by developers, but after taking the class, I think it can be useful for planning and PM work through customization. The use of confluence was also impressive. It seems like document organization and collaboration will be much easier, and task management with Jira will be much more efficient. It's a class that can be used right away in practice, so I'm very satisfied!

I found this lecture while considering introducing Jira to our current team project due to some suggestions. I think I was too busy focusing on the development in front of me for the past period, so I took this course because I wanted to use the project period efficiently and manage the development tasks at a glance, and it was a very fruitful lecture because it included all the contents I needed! In particular, I was able to learn how to manage tasks with tickets in Jira, share work status with team members, and use it in conjunction with Github. (I think I'll use it the most!) It was very helpful because you kindly explained how to actually apply it~!

The tool seemed intimidating at first due to its large scale, but the lecture explained it step-by-step, connecting it to concepts used in actual development processes, which allowed me to listen from beginning to end!!
