There is no need to do many projects. In the case of public institutions, since they do not submit portfolios, it is most important to review the projects you have done and organize them from the basics.
Q. Is age important when applying for a job?
Since public institutions' hiring policy is 'blind' hiring, age is not important. The most important thing is how you can contribute to the company based on your own capabilities.
Q. I am not a major in IT. Can I get a job in IT at a public institution?
This is a 'blind' recruitment process, regardless of whether you are a major or non-major, and there is no disadvantage to employment for being a non-major. However, you must possess the same level of capabilities as a major.
Q. If I want to get a job in IT at a public institution, do I need to obtain at least a double engineer license (two engineer licenses)?
For employment, I recommend that you obtain a certificate related to the work you want to do rather than just obtaining it blindly, but there is no major problem with obtaining only the Information Processing Engineer certificate.
