It's easier to study if you have a book, but even without it, you can learn through lectures.

Q. How can I get example files?

You can check it out in the actual Illustrator !

Q. Can non-majors learn it too?

Of course~ There are so many things you can do if you learn design! I always teach from the basics with the mindset of teaching someone who is learning for the first time.

Q. Are there any special advantages to this course?

Teacher Woody teaches very easily and without getting boring. Best of all, all the lectures have example files so you can follow along yourself!

Q. What program does this course use?

I use Adobe Illustrator.

Q. Is there anything you would like to say to the students?

Using a tool called Illustrator, you can express your imagination in a different way than Photoshop! While Photoshop usually creates something from something, Illustrator often starts with a blank artboard and creates something from nothing. Taking advantage of this feature of Illustrator, the book is structured around hands-on practice of creating something from scratch on a blank artboard rather than just using a boring method of using completed examples!
