The Start of Selfish Club's "In Search of Fun" TF

I put so much effort into creating this content, but people aren't watching it...

I worked so hard on this, so why on earth isn't anyone watching?

Do you resonate with this?

Selfish Club felt the same way.
From the Selfish Membership to the GTA Project,
the more things we wanted to share, the more boring Selfish Club's content became...

Wait, but we probably aren't the only ones facing this difficulty, right?
Let's go through more trial and error and do the legwork ourselves

We decided to dive in headfirst to find out what truly makes "viral content" different.
To help you save time and money,
we'll share every single strategy and insight we gained through our own hard work! mà chúng tôi đã đúc kết được từ chính những trải nghiệm thực tế của mình!

Part 1
The Great Mission to Find Fun - What exactly is fun?

Selfish Club was suffering from content that wouldn't go viral even when made with AI..!
For those of you with the same concerns, we took the lead in doing the legwork and experimenting.

That's how the project started, titled Finding the "U-Jam" (Fun) TF!
In this session, we will reveal everything from the Finding the U-Jam team's experimental methods to their results!

1) Approaching through 'rules and structures' rather than intuition
- Analyzing "No-Jam" (Boring) metrics using content analysis sheets
- Reference analysis by type of fun
- Finding algorithm structures (HHHS)

2) The Selfish Club account is coming back to life! Revealing Before / After results from a 2-week experiment
- Account views increased by approx. 185%
- Interactions increased by approx. 552%

Part 2
There are rules and structures even for being funny?!

Is interesting content created only through intuition?

Since we didn't have innate intuition, we started looking for a formula to replicate fun.
As a result, we will introduce the 'Rules and Structure of Fun' that we discovered through actual cases!

1) Same content, different reactions: Dani's platform experiment
-
Differences in viral structures by platform
- Were you disappointed because it didn't take off on Instagram?
- A case where a video that failed on Platform A got 2x the views on Platform B

2) What happened when the first 3 seconds were changed: Iz's content experiment
- Examples of 3-second hooking structures
- 3-second view rate 31.5% → ?
- A case where performance changed instantly just by changing one structure

Part 3
Catching up with viral content

It's not going viral even with the rules and structure of "U-Jam"?

I realized that the content doing well these days
isn't just made randomly.

To catch up with the "viral points,"
we decided to recreate viral content ourselves.
Memes, the hot AI tool Veo3..

Through a literal trial-and-error process,
we show you rawly how our perspectives and strategies on content
changed from being boring people!

1) Adding intention to trending memes: Luffy's meme experiment
- Does making it with care always lead to a hit?
- What happened when we added keywords people react to
- A case of achieving 2x views compared to existing content with a meme video

2) Making trending AI videos ourselves: Yun's Veo3 experience
- A challenge to create ASMR videos that are currently riding the algorithm
- I'll try the hot AI tool Veo3 myself
- From tool selection to planning and production tips, All in One
- A case of achieving N thousand views on an account with only 33 followers

Special Session
Kim Haebong Project & Responding to AI Content Policy Changes

Q: Recent changes in YouTube's AI content policy—does this mean I can't upload AI videos?

No! To be precise, it is a restriction on mass-produced content created without planning.
Using AI is fine; what matters is how creatively you plan it by adding human value.

Q: What is the Kim Hae-bong Project?

We created a seal character named 'Kim Hae-bong' and are attempting to give the animal character a persona
and develop it into a series filled with stories and emotions.
We are revealing the entire process of planning and creating this character!Toàn bộ quá trình lên kế hoạch và tạo ra nhân vật này sẽ được công khai!

Selfish Club is a gathering of people who want to take the initiative and have fun 'working' until the very moment they enter their coffins.

It is a place that starts things in a 'project-based' manner.

Currently, Selfish Club focuses on 1) AI Moat, 2) Global PJ, and 3) SaaS Hub as its key keywords.

We are diving headfirst into executing various projects.

Among them, we introduce cases and methods for applying AI to practical work through the Selfish Sharing Session.
