The features of this course are

We've structured it with concrete examples that aren't just 'pie in the sky.'

I've brought familiar services from around us as examples. If UX felt vague to you, now you can clearly visualize the concepts in your mind through everyday cases and objects around you. I'll bridge the gap between theory and practice. Also, based on cases I've directly experienced, I'll bridge the gap between theory and practice by showing how UX has evolved within technology.

Design Process, A to Z, explained through practical know-how.

From the first step of the process to the final user testing, I've generously included not just textbook theories, but the practical know-how I gained through real-world experience in the field. I vividly convey the challenges and solutions you'll encounter at each stage in an episodic format. To keep you from getting overwhelmed by the vast scope, I've carefully selected only the core actions that are 'truly' necessary in practice.

Experience the UX design culture abroad, which is a bit different from Korea.

Beyond simply delivering knowledge, we convey the atmosphere of the field as-is, including what the design organizations and culture are like at global big tech companies, the role of designers, and the qualities they need.

You'll learn the following

The importance of UX through success and failure case studies

Design principles you need to know to become a UX designer

Design processes used directly in actual work

Design organization culture at global tech companies

The person who created this course

Hello. I'm Jin Ha-eun, working as a UX designer in Dublin, Ireland.

I started my career as a UX consultant in Korea,
and since successfully finding employment abroad in 2013, I have been working as a UX designer at global tech companies in Europe and the United States.

Starting with Ryanair (Europe's leading airline), and working through American global tech companies like IBM and Oracle,
I've had many valuable opportunities to collaborate with UX designers from around the world while leading and launching various projects ranging from B2B/B2C services, large-scale platforms, to public services.

One thing I learned from that process is this.

UX designers come from incredibly diverse backgrounds!

UX is an attractive field that non-majors can pursue, but it requires strategic preparation.

Therefore, through this course

'If I had known this 10 years ago, I could have shortened my job search period'

'If I had known this knowledge when I was a junior, I would have been promoted faster'

I'm sharing this content with the hope that it might be of some help to those of you who have similar concerns as I do, which is why I prepared this lecture.

Hello
This is
