MAYA 3D animation Season 1

This is an introductory course on 3D graphic modeling using Autodesk Maya, a 3D modeling software. The course consists of four parts, and in this course, we will start with tool installation and learn the basic functions of Maya.

This is a beginner's course that covers basic operations, basic modeling, shaders, mapping, baking, and rendering using Maya.

You can learn the essential techniques of Adobe Animate from a KakaoTalk emoticon creator who produced the official music video for a collaboration between pop star JVKE and a K-pop idol, and whose animation reached 20 million views on YouTube.

This course teaches the complete professional workflow for creating high-quality 3D environments using Blender, 3ds Max or Maya, and Unreal Engine 5. Designed for beginners, it guides students step by step through the entire process, from reference gathering and project organization to blockout, modular asset creation, sculpting, UVs, baking, texturing, lighting, and final scene polish. Students will learn industry-standard techniques used in game development, including procedural material creation with Substance Designer, texturing with Substance Painter, vegetation creation with SpeedTree, and environment assembly inside Unreal Engine 5. By the end of the course, students will have a fully finished environment and portfolio-ready screenshots and videos.

This course is a complete, hands-on guide to creating high-quality game foliage quickly and efficiently, following the real-world workflow of a professional environment artist. Drawing from industry production experience, this course focuses on solving the most common problems students face when creating foliage: knowing where to start, choosing the right techniques, optimizing assets for real-time use, and achieving visually convincing results without unnecessary complexity. Every step is demonstrated clearly and practically, allowing you to follow along and apply the same methods to your own projects. You will learn how to create a wide variety of foliage assets—such as ivy, grass, shrubs, aquatic plants, trees, and custom leaves—and how to properly set them up inside Unreal Engine 5. The course is recorded mostly in real time, ensuring you gain a realistic understanding of both the creative and technical decisions involved in professional foliage production. By the end of the course, you will be able to confidently create, optimize, and place foliage assets suitable for games and cinematic environments.

This course is based on a real production workflow behind a Breaking Bad–inspired cinematic animation created and published on my YouTube channel. Instead of showing only final results, I focus on explaining every step of the process in detail, including the decisions, techniques, and problem-solving methods used during production. Many students struggle to understand how all parts of a cinematic scene fit together — environment creation, animation, lighting, assets, and final assembly. This class is designed to solve exactly that.
