💁🏻♂️Background of lecture planning
I graduated from college with a meager 3.5 GPA and joined a small-to-medium-sized company. Once I was hired, I knew I wanted to work at Nekara. I spent a year and a half creating toy projects, polishing my resume, and preparing for interviews. I applied to Naver, Kakao, Line, and Coupang, and passed every interview. Currently, I'm working as a senior developer, competing in various Nekara Cups to increase my value.
As time passes, I have one regret: I wasted nearly a year on trial and error. If I hadn't lost my bearings, I would have definitely passed the Nekaraku Cup much sooner. That's why I want to help you. I'll show you the right [direction] to pursue to pass the Nekaraku Cup.
You can also get hired through the Nekaraku Cup. However, what I want to teach you in this lecture is none other than the right path. I want to help you get hired by your desired company without trial and error.

Want to go to the Nekaraku Cup but don't know what to prepare?
Proper effort builds up, but improper effort is nothing more than a waste of time. This lecture will specifically outline what preparations are necessary for those seeking to compete in the Nekaraku Cup.
Are you not seeing any improvement in your skills even after solving algorithm problems?
Do you buy algorithmic courses and try to solve problems, only to forget them after a few days? Do you feel a sense of inferiority when you see other people's solutions? Do you find yourself struggling to improve no matter how many problems you solve? That's because there's no systematic approach to algorithmic solutions. We'll teach you how to gradually build your algorithmic skills through a concrete, easy-to-follow system.
Do you pass the document screening and algorithm, but always fail the interview?
Interviews are a battle against the applicant. If you've been approaching them without any preparation, you've been fighting a losing battle. But what if you could predict the interviewer's questions? What if you could even guide them? We'll tell you what and how to prepare to increase your chances of success.
🙋🏻♂️ Q&A
Q. If I take this course, will I be able to attend the Nekaraku Cup?
This course will guide you in your efforts and minimize trial and error. The time it takes to pass the exam will vary greatly depending on your individual abilities, learning ability, and passion. However, a short period of one or two weeks will not yield results. Based on the course content, it will require at least several months of dedicated effort.
Q. What field of developers is this course for?
This is a lecture that can be taken regardless of the field, such as backend/frontend/machine learning/infrastructure.
Q. Are academic background and major important for entering the Nekaraku Cup?
Nekarakubae recruits talent solely on technical skills. Academic background or major is completely irrelevant.
Q. Do they really give 5000/6000 as a starting salary?
Some online communities claim that these salaries are only available to experienced mid-career hires. However, all new hires currently receiving a 5,000 KRW (Nekarabae) or 6,000 KRW (Ku). New hires fresh out of college are also continuing to join. Incidentally, when you factor in incentives, stock bonuses, and cash benefits, the total annual compensation for both Nekarakubae and Kubae is roughly 70 million KRW. While the salary for experienced hires is based on the previous employer's salary, negotiations can yield compensation exceeding the stated amount.
Q. Is there an age/years of experience requirement? What is the minimum experience required for a new or used employee?
Unless specifically stated in the hiring terms and conditions, there is no set cutoff score. The organization determines whether or not to hire you. Therefore, if you perform well in the interview, you can be hired regardless of your age or seniority.

Anyone preparing for the Nekaraku Cup interview as a new/second-hand new/experienced employee
While preparing for employment, I had no idea how to write my resume or how to highlight my experience or toy project. However, you told me what to focus on in my resume and how to highlight the differences in my toy project, which was a great help in setting the direction of my resume.
I didn't have a mentor around me to get help from.. I think I got a lot of real-life tips from an actual current employee, from documents to technical interviews and salary negotiations! I wish I had seen it sooner ㅠㅠ
I liked how you showed me in detail how to prepare and build my skills! I will prepare properly as you told me and definitely meet you at my current job. Thank you!
