Scratch 3.0 - From Beginner to Real-World Game Development

"There's never been coding like this before. Is this a game or a study?" Coding? Don't be afraid. With Nado Coding, you can do it too. ^^ Scratch is an amazing educational program developed by the MIT Media Lab, and it makes learning coding incredibly easy and fun for anyone, regardless of age or gender.

In our class we learn things like this

Even teachers fail the one-minute barrier! [Bullet Dodging] Dodge bullets flying from all directions using the keyboard arrow keys.
Avoid poop because it's scary, or because it's dirty! [Avoiding Poop] Move left and right to dodge the poop falling from the sky.
What kind of game is this?? A 4D, crazy quiz game! [Brain-busting] Solve the quiz before you hit the oncoming wall.
Who doesn't know this game? [Cookie Run] Avoid obstacles that come in three patterns and eat items.
A fresh game with millions of downloads! [Mom Hidden the Game]. Unique game concepts are no problem. Learn how to configure each stage's screen.

In addition to that, we have various projects lined up, such as a side-scrolling game, controlling a character with your voice, and playing the piano. ^^

Frequently Asked Questions

  • From what age can I start learning?
Anyone above elementary school age can participate.
  • Is it possible to do this without knowing anything about coding?
You've come to the right place. You don't need to know anything about coding to learn properly from the beginning.
  • What is the scratch version?
We'll be using the latest version, released in January 2019. However, many educational institutions may still be using version 2.0, so Nado Coding compares versions 2.0 and 3.0 and explains the differences throughout the lecture. In other words, we teach you how to use version 3.0 while also being able to use version 2.0.
  • Can you make a real game?
There are many courses on creating general educational games. However, few courses teach how to create real games. I'll show you that Nado Coding can create real games, too.
  • Isn't the quality lower than paid lectures?
I also hope that many people can learn coding more easily. To ease the burden on students, we offer our courses free of charge, and we've done our best to create courses that are as good as any paid course.
Whether you're learning coding for the first time or working on a real-world game project, start with Nado Coding!
