1. Understanding the Cloud
Before building a cloud environment using OpenStack, we will first learn about the word "cloud". We will learn why the cloud is currently famous and a hot topic around the world.
2. Understanding IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS are the most frequently seen terms when studying the cloud. These terms indicate how much of the 'part' is made up of the cloud, and in the case of IaaS, it refers to the form in which infrastructure elements are provided as a service.
3. Understanding OpenStack
OpenStack is one of the cloud software currently available as open source. While commercial ones include AWS, GCP, and AZURE, open source ones include OpenStack and CloudStack.
