Everything about STM32 drone development starting from the ground up

※ This class has been completely free since September 2022. This is the only class that teaches you how to develop the FCC flight control system for a high-performance STM32F4 DIY drone from start to finish using the free compiler STM32CubeIDE. Since you implement everything from the sensor interface to PID control without using drone open source such as ArduPilot or Pixhawk, you can experience and learn all the development processes of the drone control system and embedded system. We will explain all the source code and hardware assembly methods in the class slowly so that even non-majors and beginners can easily follow along. If you follow along slowly, you can experience more stable flight with your own drone that you developed yourself than with commercial products.

Hello, this is ChrisP from M-HIVE.

Last time I explained Chapter 4, I made an urgent announcement that "FS-i6X transmitter cannot be used" (https://www.inflearn.com/news/15647)

This is possible because "4-5. FS-i6X i-Bus Fail-safe Setting and Parsing (Supplementary Video)" has been added .

For those of you using FS-i6X,

    1. First, look at the FS-i6X transmitter settings section of 4-5.

    2. Follow steps 4-1 in order. Since the transmitter settings have already been done, do not do them again.

    3. Since the fail-safe setting part of 4-4 has already been done in 4-5, we will not do it again. Just look at the concept explanation and follow the source code implementation for now. (However, the fail-safe code will not work yet.)

    4. If you write the source code while looking at the contents of 4-5, fail-safe and all functions will operate normally.

If you watch the videos in the order above and implement them, all functions will work normally as desired.

If you have followed the above steps and it is not working properly, please ask a question and I will check and leave a comment.

    thank you

    - ChrisP

※ This notice has been closed because it can be resolved with 4-5 videos. For more information, please refer to the notice at https://www.inflearn.com/news/21171. (2020.1.11)

Hello, this is ChrisP from M-HIVE.

    Urgent notice.

Chapter 4 covers the Flysky FS-i6 transmitter and FS-iA6B receiver.

The contents of "4-4. i-Bus Fail-safe Setting and Parsing" are only applicable to the FS-i6 transmitter (firmware version FS-i6 2.0 16-Aug-2017).

Not available on FS-i6x transmitters or other versions of firmware.

I had linked the FS-i6x transmitter to my old shopping list, but those who purchased the FS-i6x transmitter are currently unable to implement the contents of the video lecture "4-4. i-Bus Fail-safe Setting and Parsing".

I will post a separate tutorial about the Fail-safe function of the FS-i6x transmitter in the future so that you can implement Fail-safe in a different way.

I apologize for not checking it in advance and posting it.

    thank you

Hello, this is ChrisP from M-Hive.

MH-FC V2.2 used in the lecture is ready.

All board functions have been tested to ensure they are working properly.

We concluded that the sensor needs to be calibrated, so we will discuss the calibration method in a future lecture.

    I will let you know.

If you would like to purchase, please visit Naver Cafe https://cafe.naver.com/mhiveacademy/343 to check the notice.

We will give a discount to those who purchase this course! (Until Part 1 is uploaded)

Then, I will do my best to provide quality lectures in the future.

    thank you!

Hello, this is ChrisP from M-HIVE.

The goal of this course is to develop a drone flight control system using STM32F4.

So, we need a flight control system FCC board, and I will be conducting the course using the FCC board that I made myself.

The FCC board is currently in production and is expected to be completed in early August (if all goes well).

Once production is complete, we will post a notice on the Naver Cafe at cafe.naver.com/mhiveacademy.

You can check the price and purchase method in the notice of the relevant cafe!

Then, I will prepare diligently to provide substantial lectures and upload them one by one. Uploading is scheduled to take place from the end of 2019 to the beginning of 2020.

    thank you!

※ You must purchase other drone parts other than the FC board yourself. Purchase link: https://cafe.naver.com/mhiveacademy/290

I've organized them into files here, so it won't be difficult to purchase them. (Here's the AliExpress link.)
