Dr. Bo-kyung Lee, the lead instructor for this course, is a Senior Process Miner at PMIG, a process mining company. She co-authored "Process Mining for Managers and Professionals," which was selected as an Outstanding Book by the National Academy of Sciences in 2017, and has worked on process mining projects for organizations such as the National Election Commission.
