It has gained a lot of interest because it is based on Javascript, which is familiar to web developers who haven't learned SQL. Additionally, MongoDB is incredibly fast! Because of these advantages, MongoDB is being required in fields that need big data processing. This course will explain concepts using everything from the most basic parts of MongoDB to practical applications.
