Practical DB Skills Starting with SQL

Section 1

Oracle SQL Basics and Data Querying (DQL)

Understand the basic concepts of databases and learn how to effectively query, sort, and search data using the Oracle 11g environment settings and SQL SELECT statements. Master various retrieval techniques such as DISTINCT, ORDER BY, WHERE clauses, logical operators, and NULL handling.

Section 2

Data Manipulation and Transaction Management (DML, TCL)

You will learn how to manipulate data using DML commands such as INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE, and maintain transaction consistency through COMMIT and ROLLBACK. You will also carry out practical data management projects utilizing advanced query techniques such as JOIN, subqueries, Inline Views, and UNION.

Data Definition and Control (DDL, DCL)
