We will implement membership registration, availability check, reservation, notification, etc.
This is a working prototype, so you can sign up and test it out.
For the simplest prototype No-code tool, Glide
Glide is the easiest no-code tool for prototyping, making it a great starting point for no-code beginners to quickly create results.
The beauty of Glide is that it's free and allows you to implement complex projects using the familiar Google Spreadsheets as a database. Another unique feature of Glide, which other no-code tools don't, is its ability to simultaneously build websites and mobile apps.
It's an easy-to-learn tool, yet it delivers powerful results and a beautiful design. Glide alone can easily create booking services like Airbnb, job sites like Saramin, and community services like Instagram. If you're new to no-code and want to build a fully functional service, this course is a great way to learn Glide. This course is designed to help you master Glide's unique features and apply them effectively to your own projects.
What you will learn in class ✍️
#1. For beginners No-code tool Glide
With just your data organized in a Google Spreadsheet, you can create an app in just 30 seconds. I'll show you how easy it is to create web and mobile apps with Glide.
#2. Ideas into data How to express
Whether coding or not, IT development is all about databases. We'll teach you the principles of database design to turn your ideas into functional apps. Through repeated practice, you'll learn how to design a database that's right for your service.
#3. With one database Create a web app + mobile app
Let's create a simple internal work tool. Field workers can use a mobile app to report, and managers can manage the overall situation through a PC web service. This simple project will teach you the basics of Glide.
#4. Airbnb Create a clone site
Learn advanced Glide features by building a complex prototype based on Airbnb, which incorporates various logics such as membership registration, product listings, reservations, My Page, reviews, and charts.
Expected Questions Q&A 💬
Q. Do I need any prior knowledge of IT?
This course was designed with beginners in mind, so even those new to IT development can easily follow along. While coding is not required, the goal is to produce results similar to coding. Consequently, concepts related to IT programming, such as databases and logic implementation, will be covered.
Q. Then, do I need to study the concepts separately?
You can do this without any prior computer science background. Rather, this course will help you grasp programming concepts and develop programming thinking skills. I believe NoCode is a truly valuable educational resource for non-developers working in the IT industry.
Q. How much does it cost to build a prototype with Glide?
Glide is free to build. However, if you're running a minimum viable product (MVP), it's practically impossible to run it for free. Subscribing to Glide's cheapest plan costs around $25 per month.
Q. In what cases would you recommend Glide?
When you are completely new to IT development and want to learn the easiest thing
When you want to develop a service with a lot of user interaction, such as social media
When you want to develop a website and mobile app together
Q. Do you provide separate consulting or coaching?
While separate one-on-one coaching for VOD isn't possible, if you leave a comment, I'll provide feedback. For communication and feedback on no-code, I run the "Korean No-Code Community" website and KakaoTalk open chatroom, so I recommend joining them.
Introducing the Knowledge Sharer ✒️
Hello, I am Jang PM, a no-code evangelist and hard worker.
I, too, was a liberal arts graduate and an IT industry planner. Despite building a career spanning ten years, I often felt frustrated and frustrated because I didn't know anything about coding or IT development. Then, I discovered a new technology trend called "no-code." Now, I've proven to myself that, as long as you have an idea, you can create amazing results in the digital world, even without coding knowledge.
No-code technology is a new trend that's just starting to emerge. I believe that by learning no-code and applying it to your work and business, you'll achieve much greater results and career fulfillment. No-code is much easier than coding. While it doesn't offer the same level of freedom, it allows you to create high-quality results much more easily. Therefore, students produce results much faster and feel a greater sense of accomplishment and enjoyment. We're not professional developers, after all. Don't get tired of learning difficult things. Learn with no-code, have fun, and quickly apply it to your work!
