  • A full-stack web app complete with a GitHub repo, Vercel deployment URL, and Supabase DB

Are you still typing "commands" to AI?

Copy-pasting long prompts into ChatGPT, pressing tab-tab in Cursor, setting up workflows with n8n…

As the number of AI tools increases, strangely enough, our workload only seems to grow.

30 shortcuts to memorize. $60 in monthly subscriptions. Yet, productivity remains the same.

The reason is simple. It's because most courses nowadays focus on teaching "how to use the tools."

Which buttons to press, which commands to type, and which options to set.

This course is the opposite. It makes you the "person who gives the orders" to the AI.

Instead of commands, just say "do it". The AI will take care of the rest.

If you just say "do it," the AI will do the rest.

This course is a free introductory course consisting of 9 chapters and approximately 50 minutes of content.

The first 3 lessons are for setup. From Antigravity IDE, Node.js, Git, and Claude Code, to CLAUDE.md.

It covers both Windows and macOS, and it's finished with just one installation.

The next 5 lessons are the time to actually put it to the test. You will get tangible results in your hands.

Your typing is only "one sentence". There are no commands to memorize or code to copy.

From start to finish, the goal is to internalize the "sense of delegating work" to AI.

You will try it yourself to produce 5 different results.

🖼️ Preview of 5 Practical Exercises

- 📂 ① File Organization — Categorize 35 files in the download folder in just 4 seconds

- 📝 ② Document Writing — Draft emails and self-introductions based on PDFs

- 📊 ③ Data Analysis — Read CSVs and automatically generate insight reports

- ⚡ ④ Automation Script — Daily morning weather and fine dust notifications

- 🌐 ⑤ Web Page — Creating a portfolio site based on my information

Request everything in a single sentence → Claude Code executes → Check the results. This flow is repeated 5 times.

Why should you choose this course?

1️⃣ We teach you how to "delegate" rather than just giving "commands"

Most Claude Code courses start with how to use the CLI.

This course has you place a single CLAUDE.md file so that it memorizes the rules for you.

You communicate only in natural language.

2️⃣ Designed for Beginners

All you need is a PC (Windows/macOS), internet access, and a Claude Pro account.

No programming experience required. Claude Code writes the code, and you simply check the results.

3️⃣ Series Entryway

This lecture is the first of seven series.

Series 1 (Systematic Instruction) → 2 (Document Work) → 3 (Content Creation) → 4 (Knowledge Management) → 5 (Entire Projects) → 6 (Never Letting It Clock Out).

The "do it for me" sense learned here will serve as the foundation for the entire series.

① File Organization — 35 files, 4 seconds

Is your download folder a mess? It's finished with a single sentence: "Clean this up."

② Document Writing — from 30 minutes to 1 minute

"Writing 30 minutes → 1 minute." This is not just a simple speed improvement, but a change in the rhythm of work itself.

③ Data Analysis — 3 hours of Excel in 30 seconds

Claude Code reads the CSV, writes an analysis script in Python, executes it directly, and returns the results organized into tables and insights.

④ Automation — A taste of "Agentic"

Claude Code finds public data sources that do not require API keys, writes Python scripts, completes test executions, and then registers a scheduler appropriate for the OS. (Automatic branching for Windows Task Scheduler · macOS cron)

The bonus section also covers Discord Webhook integration. Once you try it, you won't be able to go back.

⑤ Webpage — Your own portfolio appears in the browser ⭐

Claude Code reads your information, writes HTML and CSS, sets up a responsive layout, and launches a local server. A few seconds later, "My Portfolio Site" opens in your browser.

🎁 Appendix Part 3 — The Road to a Real Service (Still Private)

After completing the 5 practical exercises in the main course, you will experience building a real web service through Appendix Part 3.

🗂️ Appendix A — Connecting to GitHub

Save your code to the cloud. Covering concepts from commits, branches, to merges.

🚀 Appendix B — Deploying with Vercel

Turn your portfolio into a real internet URL. xxx.vercel.app issuance + automatic redeployment.

🗄️ Appendix C — Connecting Supabase

A guestbook feature for your portfolio. Completion of a "full-stack app" with a real database.

Once you complete the appendices, you will have a GitHub repo + deployed URL + Postgres DB

operating a "Full-stack AI User." All of this is possible with a free tier.

This lecture is the gateway to a 7-part series.

"Getting AI to Work for the First Time" is not a one-off lecture. It is a systematic 7-part curriculum.

- ▶ Lecture 0 — Getting Started for the First Time (This current lecture · Free)

- ▷ Lecture 1 — Giving Instructions Systematically (Skills · Sub-agents · Commands)

https://inf.run/zxBRs

- ▷ Lecture 2 — Assigning Document Tasks (Proposal, Report, Email Automation)

- ▷ Lecture 3 — Content Creation (Blog, SNS, Video OSMU)

- ▷ Lecture 4 — Automating Knowledge Management (PKM·Obsidian·Notion Automation)

- ▷ Lecture 5 — Assigning an entire project (Harness Engineering)

- ▷ Lecture 6 — Never letting them leave work (24/7 Resident Agent)

Each lecture is independent, but the intuition and environment created in this "Lecture 0" serve as the foundation for the subsequent lectures.

I strongly recommend starting here first.

Instructor Introduction

Hyunil Park (FlowCoder)

13 years of R&D consulting · 12.6 billion KRW+ in government projects secured · Top 0.1% in Claude Code practical evaluation

Hello, I am Hyun-il Park (FlowCoder).

I have been providing R&D, new business planning, and government support project consulting for technology companies for 14 years.

To date, I have secured a cumulative 126 billion+ KRW in government projects and have provided consulting for 61 companies over the past three years.

Since 2026, I have been continuing AX (Work Automation) solution and SaaS development and consulting as Team FlowCoder.

I have been using Claude Code every day since June 2025.

After intensive use, I am currently building and operating 25 practical projects, 32 custom agents, 41 skills, and a dedicated autonomous development harness for FlowCoder (5,800 lines), and I consider myself to be in the "top 0.1% of Claude Code users."

The one thing I realized through this entire process is simple.

> "The winner of the AI era is not the person who memorizes tools, but the person who knows how to delegate work."

This lecture is the starting point. Natural language instead of commands, delegating instead of typing along.

It is designed so that those meeting for the first time can internalize the "sense of giving orders" as quickly as possible.
