Starting from July 2025, the Tableau exam name has changed from Tableau Desktop Specialist to Salesforce Certified Tableau Desktop Foundations. As Tableau's exam certification system transitioned into the Salesforce exam certification system, only the name of the exam has changed. (+ The price has also become slightly cheaper!)
