[Update] BGM volume adjustment

Regarding BGM, you mentioned the need for adjustments twice, and we conducted a survey accordingly, and the responses were as follows.

Accordingly, all Kubernetes lectures have been updated with adjusted BGM volume.
Also, some of you who didn't say anything were worried that BGM restraint might interfere with learning.
I want to remake the lecture video with NoBGM. I will try to finish it by September 14th (Tuesday) :)
