1 What's special about this course?
This instructor's book, " Acoustic Systems Handbook ," is now in its fourth edition and has been a steady seller, selling over 120,000 copies since its first publication in 1993. "Acoustic Systems Handbook" is the most widely read of similar introductory acoustics books because it's the most accessible .
However, because studying technical content from a textbook is inherently challenging, I've developed this course to aid learning through audiovisual materials. If you read the textbook together and learn from the basics, step by step, you'll find yourself understanding even the concepts that once seemed difficult.
Let's study together by reading the 'Wolinchon Gangjigok' one letter at a time, just like the teacher did a long time ago, when he wrote it all over the blackboard during Korean language class, explaining it one sentence at a time .

1966년 서울생으로 국립구미전자공고 정보기술과, 광운대 전산학과에 입학했다. 1986년 음향에 발을 디딘 후, 1991년 미국 Ohio주의 The Recording Workshop을 수료하였다. 그 후 10여년 동안 주로 현대 기독교음악(CCM)쪽의 레코딩과 라이브 콘서트 엔지니어 일을 했다. 1993년 초판이 발행된 업계 최고의 베스트셀러 [음향시스템핸드북]의 저자로 일반에게 알려지기 시작했다. 확실한 이론과 실제적 적용을 앞세운 글로 온라인과 장호준음향워크샵, 믹스마스터클래스등을 통해서 정확한 기술의 보급에 힘쓰고 있기도 하다. 한편으로 작사, 작곡, 편곡, 프로듀서이기도 하며, 1995년 12월 첫 번째 개인 프로젝트 앨범 ‘삶psalm’을 발매 하기도 했다. 2000년 미국으로 이주하여 20년 살다 2019년 귀국해서 일산에 살고 있다.
음향 이외의 영상, 조명, 인티그레이션의 미디어 시스템 전반에 걸친 컨설팅과 디자인의 일을 주로 하는 AMT의 대표, Bluesono 대표로 있다.
