We have opened a new agile course, <Smart Agile/Scrum Project Management Practice>. (30% discount for the first month)

Hello^^

First of all, thank you for listening to my inadequate lecture. Following the last <Agile Key Philosophy and Principles>, I have opened a new agile lecture, <Smart Agile/Scrum Project Management Practice>. This course is an agile project practice course based on domestic development project cases. It is a course that supplements the latest agile and project management knowledge to fit the reality of domestic projects. It is an online course that has been taught to large domestic companies for a long time. This course covers not only the contents covered in the original Scrum, but also how to apply Lean Startup and Design Thinking concepts to Scrum projects, and how to solve various issues encountered during actual development projects in an agile way.

The main learning contents are as follows.

  • Why Agile Speeds Up Project Development

  • How to apply agile to projects with fixed scope, budget, and schedule

  • Scrum's values and philosophy, main activities and roles, and limitations

  • How to Estimate Budget and Schedule for Agile Projects Using Story Points

  • Sprint Preparation (Sprint 0) and Sprint Development Phase Key Activities and Roles

  • Agile Project Performance Metrics and Progress Management

  • Case Study on Agile Project Application

  • Agile Application Strategies in Large-Scale Projects

This will help these people:

  • Practitioners and managers who find it difficult to apply agile to their projects

  • Practitioners and managers who want to know how to apply agile appropriately to the reality of domestic projects
