When I often look for RPA-related news, I still see that company-wide work efficiency is not being achieved.

Perhaps because of the cost, it seems to be mainly being done by large financial companies or institutions.

Attempting to automate individual (unusually burdensome) administrative tasks

Some people in public institutions, when they are left to handle excessive repetitive tasks alone,

I've seen colleagues having fun and never working overtime.

(Maybe this is normal behavior for someone who gets paid by the hour.)

Just the thought that you are not like this makes me feel closer to you.

It's been a little over five years since I started writing the first chapter of this course.

Looking back now, I honestly think I started coding because I didn't want to do annoying things.

It seems like I'm living a life that's several times more difficult because of coding.

But thanks to that, I'm happy.

After quitting my job, I became a coding instructor and worked as a N-jobber for several years.

I am currently working as a deputy manager at a civil engineering design company in Anyang.

Actually, I don't think learning to code made me a better person at work.

I still feel lazy, a little bit dumber than average, and immature.

I tried to find some trick to make things easier and more comfortable.

I make a lot of mistakes and get scolded by my team leader.

When I think back on my time working at a public corporation,

It was extremely rare throughout the company for someone who was incompetent to work overtime.

We need to give a little more money to people who get things done quickly and well.

Rather than giving them more money, the department heads seem to be giving them more work.

It doesn't mean I did a good job,
