

My Body Debugging Challenge: 4-Week Stretching Class (3 times per week)
Happy New Year 2026! 🐎 How about living a little healthier this year than last year? 1️⃣ For 4 weeks, [Mon, Wed, Thu] we'll briefly gather at 9:30 PM for 15-20 minutes of stretching. - Just bring yourself and your computer. - Follow along with a current coach who has personally ruined their body in the IT industry... - The discomfort you've been feeling here and there will gradually improve, and you'll feel better too. 2️⃣ What kind of stretching do we mainly do? (But I can't exercise...) - Easy movements that you can even follow during breaks at work if needed! - Movements focused on those who sit in front of computers for long periods - It's not complicated. No need to be intimidated! 👩🏻🏫 Who is the coach? - 10 years of experience in the IT industry, personally ruined their body and then recovered through exercise💦 - Based on personal experience, running this challenge to become even a little bit healthier together with you! - Currently active as a CrossFit coach. (⚠️ We won't make you do CrossFit in this challenge.)
