I am an Inflearn Green Coding instructor.

I have recently been taking on freelance projects.

I can develop any web page or web/app application for you.

Also, the admin page is included as standard. (Setup) => (Admin page, IP setup, security processing, etc.)

Outsourcing prices vary so much...

There is no reason for outsourcing costs to be so expensive.

Let me give you an example.

It is said that a certain blind date app commissioned an outsourcing project for 30 million KRW in 2024. (Image attached)

In practice, the review was rejected, so the basic functions must be completely overhauled.

From what I can see, 7 million KRW is sufficient for the basic development cost, plus an additional 3 million KRW.

(Total 10 million KRW) is the appropriate amount to finally pass the 4.3 spam policy.

I believe this is the appropriate final amount required for that purpose (including the admin page).

(For reference, I am a solo developer who built and is currently operating a blind date app from scratch all by myself.)

Then why do other outsourcing companies usually say an average of 30 million won is needed?

The reason is labor costs. Since they hire employees for development, the minimum required amount is 30 million won.

In that case, the development period is set for at least 3 months. And for the launch, they allow about a month and a half for various tasks, so

they say it takes 6 months.

However, my personality is such that I prefer to focus and complete the project development in just one week, and then move on to the refinement work.

In my view, development will take about one month (for an app like Tinder), and I anticipate approximately three weeks for final refinements and launch.

So it will take about a month and a half to two months in total.

Also, the price is about one-third of the usual cost.

The reason that is possible is that it is both an advantage and a disadvantage, but

It is because I am developing it alone (as a one-person developer).

Then, if it's developed this way, will the app work properly?

Development is a skill. Ability is everything.

Additionally, I have already developed the admin page for a blind date app by myself and am currently managing its full operation.
