We have opened the nationally recognized SMAT (Service Management Qualification) Module A. Business Communication course.
The qualification exam consists of modules A, B, and C, and you must take the exam starting from module A.
So, first of all, I opened the lecture from Module A.
The remaining modules, B and C, are scheduled to open in early July.
The lectures are structured around only key summaries to help you fully prepare for the exam.
