While studying UX/UI design, I heard many times that user research is important, but I always felt lost on how to actually start. Through this lecture, I was able to properly understand the overall flow. In particular, I liked that it didn't just explain theory, but detailed the actual interview process, how to structure questions, and the usability testing process from a practical perspective. While taking the course, "why we need to do research" and "how to discover user problems" became much clearer, and I felt that the vague UX process was finally connecting to real-world work. The advice based on real-world experience throughout the course was also very helpful. I highly recommend this lecture to UX/UI beginners or those who want to learn research systematically for their practical work! Thank you for the great lecture ๐
