To be honest, at first, variables, components, and modes were all disconnected in my head, but as I followed the lecture, I eventually got the sense that "Ah, this is all one design system." Especially after creating over 80 components myself and using them to churn out three different pages—B2B Admin, E-learning, and OTT—I feel like my tool proficiency has naturally improved. When I first saw dark mode, responsiveness, and multi-branding all applied simultaneously just by switching a single mode, I realized, "This is why people use design systems." I highly recommend this to anyone from Figma beginners to those just starting to build a design system within their company, regardless of their years of experience.
