After gaining three years of experience, I decided to leave my job with the goal of experiencing a wider variety of projects in an agency environment rather than staying in-house. Additionally, since I am an experienced professional, I felt the need for a resume and portfolio that stood apart from entry-level ones. I signed up for this challenge to fill those gaps and elevate my capabilities. I first encountered the challenge's direction and sample lectures through a free live session, and I was impressed by how the coach explained everything clearly while hitting all the key points. I gained a lot of trust in the program because the coach clearly understood exactly how to structure a resume, work experience description, and projects from a recruiter's perspective. During weeks 1 and 2, I received coaching focused on organizing my resume and projects. I experienced so much growth that the quality of the final result was night and day compared to when I was preparing on my own. I was highly satisfied because I learned practical directions—from the criteria for selecting projects and which points to emphasize to make them appealing, to identifying areas for improvement that are easy to miss on your own. Looking back, I feel that trying to tackle the experienced hire market alone without this challenge would have been quite a reckless choice. I truly support this program and believe many others will be able to ease the burden of the career-change process and find a clearer direction with the coach's help.
