I listened to the Albatross lecture in person and was very impressed by the engaging lecture. There were many insights that I could apply to marketing, so I bought the lecture to listen to it again. The delivery is good and the key theories and examples are explained so well that it is easy to understand!! I will recommend it to others as well!
