I took Samkochi's IP improvement lecture because I wanted to work in analog circuit design, and I think it was a very good choice. I think it's a good lecture to learn and experience perspectives on designing IPs that are difficult to do alone, such as LDO, Charge-pump, and Comparator, and improving performance!

In fact, BGR / AMP / LDO / Comparator / Oscillator / Level-Shifter / Charge-Pump are circuits that are essential in the field, but they are often not properly learned at the undergraduate level.
